3.1 Differential thickness coating can be expressed as the weight of different coatings on the upper and lower surfaces, such as Z40/90 or ZF30/50, by half of the coating weight listed in Table 3. The surface appearance of low zinc layer weight may differ from that of high zinc layer weight.
(4) Classification and code name of zinc layer surface structure shall be specified in Table 4.
Due to strain test marketing, the polished steel plate and strip of grade 01~04 are leveled by an effective straightening machine before processing to avoid the occurrence of slip lines. Grade 05 or 06 polished steel plates and strips are unaged and can avoid slip lines for 6 months.

6.1 passivation
The zinc coating can be passivated to reduce the rust (white rust) in the condition of wet storage and transportation. However, the corrosion resistance of this chemical treatment is limited and, moreover, hinders the adhesion of most coatings. This treatment is generally not in the zinc iron alloy coating, in addition to the finishing surface, as a general, the production plant on other types of galvanized layer are passivation treatment.
6.2 oil
Oiling can reduce the corrosion of steel plate under wet storage condition, and oiling the passivated steel plate and strip will further reduce the corrosion under wet storage condition. The oil layer should be able to be removed with a degreaser that does not damage the zinc layer.
6.3 paint sealant
An additional corrosion protection, especially fingerprint resistance, is provided by applying an extremely thin transparent organic coating film. Lubricity can be improved when forming, and as the adhesion bottom of the subsequent coating.
6.4 phosphating
Through phosphating treatment, the galvanized steel plate of various coating types can be coated without further treatment in addition to normal cleaning. This treatment can improve the adhesion and corrosion resistance of the coating and reduce the risk of corrosion during storage and transportation. After phosphating, it can be used with suitable lubricant to improve the molding performance.
6.5 does not handle
Plates and strips supplied in accordance with this standard may not be passivated or oiled or coated or coated or phosphating only if the orderer so requests and is responsible for such non-treatment.
