Corrugated board classification, characteristics and scope of application

June 29, 2022

Corrugated board classificationCorrugated board classification, characteristics and scope of application Profiled steel plate is usually classified in a variety of ways according to different parts, plate type wave height, lap structure, and material. The common classification methods are as follows:

(1) According to the application of the position classification - divided into roof board, wall panel, floor bearing board and ceiling board. In use, color steel plate plate is used as wall decoration board, and the architectural decoration effect is novel and unique.

(2) according to the wave height classification - divided into high wave plate (wave height ≥70mm), medium wave plate (wave height < 70mm) and low wave plate (wave height < 30mm)

(3) according to the base plate quality classification - divided into hot dip galvanized substrate, hot dip aluminum zinc and hot dip galvanized aluminum substrate.

Corrugated board characteristics

Product performance: color plate thickness 0.2mm ~ 1.0mm

Effective width :608mm, 760mm, 820mm, 900mm, 950mm, 960mm, 1025mm, etc

Scope of application

Steel structure housing panel, movable housing panel, etc. (1) Beautiful and novel shape, rich color, strong decoration, flexible combination, can express different architectural styles;

(2) light weight (6~10kg/m²) high strength (yield strength 250~550MPa), with good skin stiffness, good anti-seismic performance of waterproof agent;

(3) Factory products are of high quality

(4) Convenient construction and installation, reduce installation and transportation workload, shorten the construction period;

(5) Profited steel plate is environmentally friendly building materials, recyclable, promoting the use of profited steel plate in line with the policy of sustainable development of national economy;

(6) The price of monomer materials is high, and the durability is poor compared with concrete or masonry envelope materials.
