According to the structure: reinforcement is divided into the following five kinds!

Compression steel bar, tensile steel bar, vertical steel bar, distribution steel bar, stirrup, etc

The reinforcement bar configured in the reinforced concrete structure can be divided into the following types according to its role:

1. Stress bars - reinforcement bars that bear tensile and compressive stresses.

2. Stirrup - bear part of the inclined tensile stress, and fix the position of the stress bars, used in beams and columns.

3. Vertical bars are used to fix the position of steel hoop in the beam and constitute the steel skeleton in the beam.

4. Distribution of bars - used in the roof board, floor, and the plate of the vertical layout of the force bars, the weight will be borne evenly to the force bars, and fixed position of the force bars, and resistance to thermal expansion and contraction caused by temperature deformation.

5. Others - structural reinforcement configured for component construction requirements or construction and installation needs. Such as waist reinforcement, embedded anchorage reinforcement, prestressed reinforcement, ring and so on.

According to the rolling shape

(1) Smooth steel bar: I grade steel bar (Q300 steel bar) are rolled to smooth circular section, supply form of disc circle, diameter is not more than 10mm, length of 6m~12m.

Ribbed steel bar: spiral shape, herringbone and crescent shape three kinds, general Ⅱ, Ⅲ grade steel bar rolling herringbone, Ⅳ grade steel bar rolling into spiral shape and crescent shape.

(3) Steel wire (low carbon steel wire and carbon steel wire) and strand.

(4) Cold rolled twisted steel bar: cold rolled and cold twisted molding.

Diameter size:

Steel wire (diameter 3-5mm), thin steel bar (diameter 6-10mm), thick steel bar (diameter greater than 22mm).

Function of structure:

Compression steel bar, tensile steel bar, vertical steel bar, distribution steel bar, stirrup, etc
